Returns & Refunds

For returns and refunds relating to goods purchased from Fragrance Liaison Ltd via

  1. We know that your plans can change, so we will accept returns of unopened, unused items of 50g order quantity and above up to 28 days from the date of your order. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of items of 20g order quantity and below.
  2. Please contact us here at the shop, with your order number and details about the item(s) you would like to return, we will get back to you as soon as possible with details on how to proceed.
  3. Return postage costs are your responsibility in the event that your plans have changed, however if the reason for return is a result of our error we will refund the return postage costs.
  4. Package the items safely and securely, returning them to: Fragrance Liaison, Glengarry, Whitsome, Berwickshire, TD11 3NG.
  5. Once your returned items have been received by us and the reason for return is agreed we will issue a refund (less postage paid) to your original payment method.
  6. If the return is a result of our error we will also refund the return postage costs upon receipt of the relevant postal receipt.
  7. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed in full and appear in your account.
  8. If an item(s) you ordered was purchased with a discount code, the refund can only relate to the amount originally paid and not the amount the item(s) were listed for.
  9. All orders are final, however we will endeavour to cancel an order prior to despatch if we are able to.
