Here at Fragrance Liaison we want to keep it as simple as possible, we don't want a headache, you don't want a headache, and we all want it to be just about the fragrance! So with this in mind here are the details...
United Kingdom - FREE UK delivery is available on all orders of £50.00 and above, exclusive of discounts, via Royal Mail 48 TRACKED.
We offer shipping via the following UK services, simply choose the service you prefer. Estimated Royal Mail delivery times are noted below but please bear in mind public holidays and weekends when placing your order:-
Royal Mail 2nd Class at £3.19 per parcel. aimed for delivery 2-3 working days, no tracking available. (please be aware that this is the default setting at checkout and that tracking is not possible with this option. if your order is above £50 in value you will instead be provided with our free postal option noted below)
FREE Royal Mail 48 TRACKED - for orders ABOVE £50.00, aimed for delivery 2-3 working days
Royal Mail 1st Class at £3.99 per parcel, aimed for delivery 1-2 working days, no tracking available.
Royal Mail 24 TRACKED at £4.39 per parcel, aimed for delivery 1-2 working days.
Royal Mail 48 TRACKED at £3.59 per parcel, aimed for delivery 2-3 working days.
Royal Mail 48 TRACKED & SIGNED at £4.99 per parcel, aimed for delivery 2-3 working days.
We will endeavour to fulfil and despatch all orders received before 12 midday on the same day, however at times of high order throughput this may not be possible. Please also bear in mind those public holidays and weekends that creep up on us all !
Please do remember that Royal Mail 2nd Class and Royal Mail 1st Class are not tracked services. We can provide you with proof of posting of course, but cannot provide details of your order and its onwards journey.
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days from the date that you are notified of despatch please let us know by emailing here, tell us your order number and we will investigate. Needless to say, if we are aware of any possible delays we will let you know.
