Shipping & Delivery Information

Here at Fragrance Liaison we want to keep it as simple as possible, we don't want a headache, you don't want a headache, and we all want it to be just about the fragrance! So with this in mind here are the details...

Shop opening hours - 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.  Please do bear in mind the occasional Bank Holiday that creeps up on us all! We will endeavour workload permitting to service all order received by 12 midday on the same day.

United Kingdom - FREE UK delivery is available on all orders of £50.00 and above, exclusive of discounts via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

We offer shipping via the following UK services, simply choose the service you prefer for your order. Estimated Royal Mail delivery times are noted below but please do bear in mind public holidays and weekends when placing your order:-

Royal Mail 2nd Class at £2.99 per parcel. aimed for delivery 2-3 working days - for orders BELOW £50.00 (please be aware that this is the default setting at checkout)

FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class aimed for delivery 2-3 working days - for orders ABOVE £50.00

Royal Mail 1st Class at £3.69 per parcel. aimed for delivery next working day

Royal Mail next working day, guaranteed by 1pm at £9.55 per parcel.

Royal Mail TRACKED & SIGNED 48 at £4.65 per parcel. Delivery 2 working days.

EuropeThank you for your patience whilst we have looked into different options for sending to Europe.  We hope that we have found a workable option but in the same instance we ask for your patience as we monitor our choices and revise where needed - thank you!

Royal Mail International Tracked / Tracked Courier (dependant upon parcel size and weight) at £15.95 per parcel.

Please note - we will endeavour to fulfil and despatch all orders received before 12 midday on the same day, however at times of high order throughput this may not be possible.

Please note - If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days from the date that you are notified of despatch please let us know by emailing here, tell us your order number and we will investigate.  Needless to say, if we are aware of any possible delays we will let you know.
